translation of some sentences

I am translating a book into Urdu. I have come across some sentences which I cant exactly translate their meanings. It is review of a book. Although, I know the English grammatical structure. Seniors help me in translating the following sentences:

1) The PM denied having been contacted by the Afghan counterpart.
2) The FM didnt admit having been offered a peace proposal in the recent visit.
3) Rahman preferred to have been included in the project.
4) Having kicked out the portfolio, he left for India.

1)wazeer-a-azam nay apnay afghanai hum mansib ki taraf say rabtay ki tardeed kur di.
2)wazeray-a-kharija nay tasleem naheen kiya k un k haliyay doray main un ko kisi aman mushawarat ki paish kush ki gayi thi
3)rehman nay mansoobay main sha-mu-liyyat ko tarjeeh di
4)port-folio say bahir nikalay janay k baad , wo bharat rawana ho gaya !

'apnay' and 'kisi' nahi ayega sir.

and portfolio is translated as "qalam daan" in urdu
so 4th would be something like, "qalam daan thukra dainay k baad woh bharat rawana ho gaye"
