I am not a subject specialist. But these sentences are not difficult enough that only subject specialist can answer these.

1- A (of)
2- Sentence is incorrect. 'be' is incorrectly placed after should. Correct sentence is: 'Swimmers should avoid entering a contaminated swimming pool'
3- B (is tantamount)

1. Now translate the sentence, putting "to" there.
Indulgence is being used as Noun there, "court's indulgence". It is not being submitted to the court.
2. Where is avoid?????

I have already pointed out that the given sentence is incorrect. Perhaps naveed143 has mistakenly put 'be' after should while posting.

It is common sense that the sentence is in active voice and in such sentences 'be' cannot be placed as above. If we change this sentence to passive voice only then we can use 'be' as explained below:

The swimmers should avoid entering a contaminated swimming pool. (Active Voice)
Entering a contaminated swimming pool should be avoided by the swimmers. (Passive Voice)
