@Qacc.
There is a saying that mistakes r the best teachers of oneself. So u dnt wory about making mistakes while trying.
I wana suggest u to refer such grammer books which r written in ur MOTHER TONGUE. Because these books will help u betterly to undrstand the english language. Thus, u will learn more better about the things as compared to refrng books written in other languages.

Friends, if you wanted to improve your english, you must buy a DAWN news paper, read every informative column and write it on a page, by this you ll improve your spelling mistakes that you had made in the first para after reading and writting your sentence structure will be in progress. Don't forget to highlight difficult words and then search thr meaning along the sentence and memorise them. Make it your routine

Rest of this, watch English movies in slow mode, and listen v.carefully try and catch what they are saying, how they pronounce it by there body shaking and ofcourse moment of mind, when you came to observe a word which is not easily understandable then write it down, spell it, find it's meaning and memorise it. Make your words by your ownself and when ever you find your self free, try writting thinkings on the page, think and put that thinking on a blank page and self-check it find your mistakes, improve them your English will definately be improved.

Regards
Masroor

Here are my suggestions regarding your query.
1. Relearn the basic english language component i.e Parts of speech http://www.uottawa.ca/academic/arts/...ar/partsp.html , This technique really helps as you go through them you will have grasp about the micro components of the english language and we know they make english as what it is so will help remove your confusion regarding that if you have any. 2. Read, Read, and write. You can not aware of the different styles or the correct forms of writing unless you have not witnessed so reading any prolific writer will help, subscribe to dawn at least for the sundays or you can read good articles here,http://thebrowser.com/. 3. Write, just write about anything that you may find interesting, try to be coherent in your writing and cohesive as well. Hope this helps

Regards,
there seems that you have lack of confidence as well as some inconsistency in using english, as i have observed in your above speech that at most places you have used correct english with correct tense but at other places you have not used the same tense correctly... like you said, "I have not qualify a lot of interviews" this is wrong usage of tense.. brother at first you should learn tenses and correction of simple grammatical mistakes. for this purpose a simple bachelors level grammar book can be used effectively. and ya i agree to others that you should watch English movies and read english newspapers along with using english in your daily life.. you can use CSS forum for this purpose, write some paragraphs in english and then post here all seniors will be pleased to help you.

Well, right direction by Sabahabhutta.
I would also like to incorporate my comments and also would like ask question(those might be complicated), however if one could answer, please give me ur hand.
I think, Qacc, ur english as judged from your piece of writting is lacking vocabulary, sentence structure and confidence. I know there is a big problem finding such people who can hold discussions(whatever the topic is) with you in english but i would suggest that u must chose a person (a dear one ), talk to him/her even if he/she can't, but he/she must understand what you are saying. right. And you are improving and gaining confidence.
Next, you must hold Dawn in your hands for vocabulary+grammer+current affairs. You know, one can cover 3 compulsory subjects from Dawn only.
Books already suggested. I haven't yet read these books.
Now my Qustions..
I don't know how to memorise Grammar, like I can write and speak but the problem is that I cannot point out, in a sentence, which one is an Adverb and which one is Preposition or an adjective or any other, except verb, some of the nouns, and subject object.
And please comment on my punctuations, whether they are in right place?
Please help me... seniors or anyone.

dear bro i also used to face this problem............. but I always say to everyone plz do not try to memorize any language plz... we are grown ups, we need to understand the things, not to memorize them... when you have grasped the true essence and meaning of an adverb, verb or anything you will be able to recognize it and use it correctly.
you need to just search your bookshelves for your B.A/B.Sc English grammar book, read the definitions of parts of speech twice or thrice(without trying to memorize them), after the concepts are clear to you try using them in sentences and then write a paragraph using and recognizing them all.

thanks for your words. but i get confused in their so many types and i know, conglomerating them in your skulp won't be effective or even will be defective but in practical I get diffused in highlighting which type of an adverb etc, it would be . Anyhow, I appreciat your words.
regards.
