When we change the voice of sentences having hidden or unsaid connected object then we use that object (in changing the voice) and without that the voice can't be changed in accordance with the rules of grammar.

For example:
Police arrest.
Here the connected object is hidden or unsaid that is thives, criminals ets
And thus passive will be thieves are arrested(by police)
But according to your approach it would be : It is arrested by the police. Which is wrong.

In the same way the sentence,"Lovers love" has hidden connected object and that is "beloved" and the passive will be,"Beloved are loved" but not, " It is loved by the lovers"

Now I ask you that how would you change the the voice of the following sentence.
Beloved are loved.(change the voice)

When you change the above sentence then you will prove yourself wrong and nothing would remain to anyone to prove you wrong.

Universal phenomenon are made passive by adding an IT, here IT would not act as neither a Demonstrative Adjective nor a Determiner, rather IT would play the role of a modifier that we use to convert into passive an active verb which does not have an object predicate.....

your active verb police arrest would not be changed into passive as it is not a universal phenomenon, Police does not only arrests criminals, accused are also arrested, juvenile are also arrested so we are not sure of the object as object predicate is not present.

Now you are asking me to change the voice of Beloved are loved is already a passive, brother don't get yourself ridiculed. To err is human.

Again a universal phenomenon, a modifier is required, we love the beloved, no agent is there so the modifer will be used to act as an agent of the action.

brother you are also using the modifier, but wrong use...In passive Modifier is used to do the job of a Subject/agent but you are omitting the object at all.
