except 1 and 5 the rest sentences should be :

2.the amount they receive is greater than was or than that was twenty years ago.
3.he thinks that his writing is better than his friends' or than that of his friends.
4.he is such a man as is liked by all.
6.The little money i had i spent on the way.
7.This is the younger and the more intelligent of my two sons.
