On Tolerance
On tolerance
Introduction What makes world diversified and lovely is a variety of beautiful cultures, arts, beliefs, system of values and rich philosophies and literature. These differences prevent the world from being dull and boring. Diversity in human nature is the beauty of life and tolerance is the spirit of generating harmony among these differences. Tolerance does not mean ending differences; it means the coexistence, accommodating others’ views, faiths and values. Tolerance is the religion of love, recognizing no geographical boundaries, no racial and religious differences. Tolerance is the only power that breaks the idols of discrimination, dehumanization, repression and violence perpetrated on the basis of differences. The horrors of life are all ascribed to the intolerance; the east and west divide, the war of civilizations, the war of sectarianism, all are the results of being intolerant towards the differences. The salvation of today’s hue and cry lies in toleration of and respect for the differences among individuals and nations. A. Tolerance harmonizes the differences 1- Tolerance of differences enriches the world with diversified literature, philosophy, art, architecture and civilizations. 2 . Tolerance augments the spirit of coexistence 3 .United nations’ stance on creating harmony in differences B. Spheres demanding the practice of tolerance 1. Individual’s life; he should not be hated, tortured or condemned for his practices and opinions unless damaging to the society. 2. Community’s life; its life should not be detested for having opinions different with others’, no matter others are majority or a more powerful community. 3. A nation’s life; its religious believes, sectarian differences, political ideologies and values and laws should be tolerated and should be given the right to flourish and progress. 4. Global life. Communication has made the life global in nature; globalization has made the people with different religions and origins live and work together. The living of life beyond the boundaries demands universal feeling of tolerance for all type of differences. C. absence of tolerance makes life a hell 1. History of intolerance against individual’s beliefs and practices; many scientists, prophets and philosophers were burnt and killed for differences of opinion. At present too, differences cause killings and torture. 2.the Issue of racial differences and its implications; the war in South Africa; horrors of World War 1 and World War 2. 3.the Global division of world on the basis of religious, political and racial differences and resultant wars in Africa, Middle East, south Asia and Europe. D. Tolerance provides liberty, justice and rights to humanity. E. Tolerance can transform the world from a world of wars to a world of love . Conclusion |

Nice variety in your ideas. Your English is more than enough for CSS brother. But, your intro needs more attractive start and 'tolerance' is mentioned so oddly that is rarely gets the image of being the subject of the essay. Reasons: it is how you convey your idea that matter, and the most important among all is to attract the reader to read more and more of what you have written to prove your worth to him. I think you should also write some paragraphs next time in your essays to show us how you write your paras.

Introduction will be like this
Enduring anything that is against the desire of human nature is tolerance. However, there are not many people who possess the quality of showing resistance to what is normally against the wish of human nature. For instance, a small chit chat between a couple in a public library startles readers around to glare at them for disturbing silence; but who knows, they might be making inquiry about a particular book from each other. This is the reason why people know a very short list of people having the quality of tolerance. Those who have such ability not only become successful in life but create history sometimes. Nelson Mandela tolerated the hardships hurled at him during his 27 years in prison. As a result, his endeavours liberated the Black Africans from slavery when he forgave the Whites for their injustice towards the Black Africans. This was only possible due to his ability of tolerance. Similarly, many prophets bore difficulties at the hands of their opponents, but ultimately they succeeded in their aims of preaching their religions due to the ability of tolerance. The most significant example is that of prophet Muhammad [p.b.u.h] who faced many hardships at the hands of pagans, but eventually he accomplished the task of preaching Islam by tolerating every difficulty in his life. The list of people is not limited to those who are known in the history books, rather there are people around us who tolerate many bad patches in their daily lives, and it is due to them that life is more beautiful than it could have been otherwise. In contrast, the wars, crimes, corruption, feuds, etc., going around are due to the decrease in the ability to tolerate. However, the solution is to bear the very thing that annoys you, i.e. tolerate it, and fortunately, this solution is taught by almost every culture and religion of the world. One just have to tolerate, success and beautiful life will surely follow as a consequence.
