Out line is structure.if crafted with excellence then description remains a formality.you can go with bang within 15 to 30mins.otherwise down and out.yes i think they judge ones essay at first glance.having a cursory view of outline.yes one can embellish it with qoutes facts arguements for example if that exist can that happen?.handwriting too counts lot.that what i experienced after getting 20 in 1st attempt.i think i get a hang of css ...anyway i will certainly invite criticism on my approach now with open mindedness.

You 1st three points are totally irrelvant.may be because of this problem may arise.among the rest one only war not mentioning world wars is important.un can be place in heading like organization of global world.rest is fine.

Now the rest of headings counts lot in main body.the way you described them

Sure if could not pass then be careful next time and be more clear.and if pass then dont change your approach.be more simple.

My outline revolved around the following:
1. Globalisation-its emergence and intensification in post WWII
2. Evidencing globalisation: has the world truly globalised?
3. Drivers of globalisation
4. Learning together hasn't been easy: challenges to globalisation
5. Way forward: keep the world integrated
6. Conclusion

There were sub-headings as well in the above outline which I don't exactly remember. My essay mainly revolved around how factors such as transnational terrorism, migration crisis in EU, economic crisis, climate change, NGOs and INGOs, global south-global north politics in UN and WTO have made living together difficult and recommended that strengthening of global institutions, their role in norm building and shared responsibility is the only way forward to help us live together.
Although this topic seems easy but it has many perspectives and it's entirely dependent on the examiner as to which perspective he subscribes to.
