A power mostly in our mouths, it takes more than good thoughts and deeds to build people up. The real creative power is in the word we use. This is what it takes to develop the people arround us.
The right words at the wrong time can be just as damaging as the wrong words.
Words left unsaid can also be hurtful . I have a once experience for peoples who whi literally never acknowledge or praise my performance. They always acknowledge my mistakes. An encouraging word would have cost them nothing and meant the world to me, but they did not do it.

I remember going through a horrifuc bussiness failure. My partner and i lost everything, we did not have two nickels to rub together, and i had no clue how i was going to provide for my life.
I called my dad, and his words provided grace. They were just what i needed. Reasurring, encouraging, confidence building and many more.
That call was like red bull for my soul l. It gave me energy to hang in and keep fighting. And it gave me the grace i needed to do next right things for my bussiness and for my future.

Every day we are shapping reality for some one by the words we use with them.

Our words carry enormous weight . More than we sometimes think. They often impact people for decades, providing the change to press one or one more reason to give up. It just goes to show you how powerfull words can be.
The choice is ours,how will our words impact others?

Power of words cannot be denied these can be as sharp as sword or as sweet as saccharine
