Post Daughter Of The East

DEAR ALL, AOA
READ MY SHORT ESSAY ON BB AND I WOULD LIKE U TO CONTRIBUTE UR WORTH SAY.WE HAVE LOST A GREAT LEADER IN HER.MAY ALLAH BLESS HER.

DAUGHTER OF THE EAST

Leaders are born few but still fewer leaders are born in women whose genius and capability surpass their counterparts. And indeed, Benazir Bhutto belonged to those genius of women who outdone their counterparts.

Benazir Bhutto was very learned politician. At the age of fifteen, she did her O’levels and procured her BA degree in Comparative Government from United States. After the completion of her bachelor’s degree, she studied philosophy, politics and Economics at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford.Besides this, she completed a course in International law and Diplomacy while at Oxford.

So much on her plate, Benazir was also mesmerizing debater. She was elected the first ever woman president of a debating union at Oxford.Like her father, she too was an electric speaker. In a moment, she would mobilize and charge her audience for an action.

Ms Bhutto knew the art of speaking very well. She would address apropos the situation. In her addresses on Television and interviews with BBC and others, she would act very formally, making adequate non-verbal communication. Whereas, in addressing rallies, she would act informally, making great use of non-verbal communication.

Besides her excellent expertise of speaking, what could be said of her eloquence and clarity of thought. Simply they were unmatched. Moreover, Benazir Bhutto spoke candidly, truthfully, flawlessly and unhesitatingly.

Benazir aspired to join Foreign Services of Pakistan (FSP), but her father Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto wished for her to come into politics. Hence, to fulfil hers father desire she entered into the politics of Pakistan.

Internationally Benazir Bhutto was recognized as a veteran politician. So much so was she famous that her name had turned into a brand. For instance, once a journalist was asked as from where he belonged by a government servant in Jordan. The journalist answered, Pakistan. On this reply, that government servant said so you are from Ms Bhutto’s Pakistan.

Moreover, world famous universities like Harvard and Wharton would seek after her for delivering a lecture on politics in their universities. Such praiseworthy were hers caliber in the arena of politics.

Apart from her stardom in the domain of politics, she also had a charming personality in the world of glamour. She had the credit of being the beautiful woman among the fifty selected women in the world.

Democracy is the dress of civilized people. The price and value of democracy is very great. Those people understand it who are deprived of freedom and democracy. With two times of premiership, here in Pakistan, democracy nurtured very well and there had been sound internal stability. Furthermore, relations with neighbours got strengthened.

On the whole, it could be said that Benazir Bhutto was a brave and enlightened leader. In her tragic and saddening demise, Pakistan has suffered irrecoverable loss and the Muslim world has lost a bold leadership in her.

I pray to God that He may rest the soul of Benazir Bhutto in the eternal bliss of Heavens.Over and above, I supplicate that may Pakistan in particular and the Muslim world in general get a valiant and knowledgeable leader like her. I seek prayer for the emergence of a leader like her caliber because it takes too long for one to rise and guide the people. Iqbal has said very aptly: -

Hazaroo saal Nargis apni banori pa roti hai
Barte muskil say hota hai chaaman main dedavar pedda

And, here I cry in morn for Ms Bhutto not for that she belonged to Peoples Party but for the cause of democracy in my country. The brutal assassination is deprivation of the people of Pakistan from an enlightened and seasoned politician.

I speak to the foes who killed Benazir Bhutto in the following verses: -

Oh, disgruntled people
What have you done?
You have snuffed out breath!
Breath from that beautiful flower
Her life was precious than a million of lives.
What have you done?
You consider weakening her Party’s position
No! With this sacrifice of beautiful flower
You have strengthen hers Party’s position
What have you done?
You killed the most attractive flower of the people
You deprived the people from her haunting smell
You deprived the people from her representation
What you have done?
You deprived the people from democracy
You deprived the people from freedom
You deprived the people from enlightenment
What have you done?
You have done injustice to the people
You have done injustice to yourselves
You have done injustice to a generation
What have you done?
I fig upon your ignorance
I curse your brutalness
I regret your humanness
What have you done?
Because people born like her after many years
Because people hearts are won after many years
Because people advance after many years
What have you done?
You have enslaved yourselves
You have impose guns on yourselves
You have destroyed yourselves
What have you done? What have you done?
