I want to confirm that can we quote VERSES OF PUNJABI/PERSIAN/URDU POETRY,Arabic verses,Zarb-ul-Misal in English Essay paper?

If you want to quote anything(urdu poetry,arabic verses etc) then quote its translation in English.

is he bound to be failed or marks are deducted foe this act?????

According to experts, its an English Essay paper.it is preferable to write only in english language.

if you want to quote Iqbal's poetry then write its translation.

Have you ever seen urdu poetry in Dawn newspaper or any other English newspaper?

One should avoid taking Risks.
