please do not mind but this is not an essay topic and it will not come in the paper believe me.
inflation is a concept of economics which you need to grasp so you can use it anywhere.

in simple words the devaluation of money is known an inflation.
the obvious effect is that it prevents people from saving the money since they know that value of money will reduce over time. so they buy immovable assets like cars,houses etc. because people do not deposit money in banks it means that banks will have less money to lend. so interest rates will be higher. this is the basic philosophy. a detailed analysis you can get from dawn paper which comes on monday. the yellow pages. there was a topic inflation and its effect.
