you start every essay by making an introduction.So make an introduction that covers u're whole essay or the outline.Obviously, every one has his own set of ideas and writing style so my introduction won't help you.You have to make it yourself.Though i can help you in making the outline.

2. Define or elaborate poverty: "poverty is income deprivation or capability deprivation,which prevents people from realizing their potential".It is lack of access to basic necessities of life, lack of jobs, lack of money and resources.

3.Causes of Poverty: Unemployment,Inflation,Energy crisis,International financial crunch,Fragile and weak economy of the country, Governments' poor policies and governance,lack of justice, illiteracy,overpopulation etc

4.How is poverty weakening the national foundation?
Poverty has resulted in the apathy of people towards government and the state.They don't believe in democracy anymore.
Poverty has coerced many citizens to commit suicide.It has resulted in feuds and fights among the people over resources.You can give Karachi's example.Everyone knows that poverty is the cause behind the land grabs,bhatta and robberies and kidnapping.There is struggle going on for existence.The concept of a nation is something people have become oblivious to.Moreover, terrorism is threatening the existence of the state,in which poverty is an essential factor that drives people towards terrorism.Corruption, a dreadful bane of the society, is also motivated by poverty.Poverty contributes to the weakening of the economy itself.And the riots that frequently erupt out of the evil of poverty also threatens the socio-economic and political foundations of the society.
