Default ESSAYS FOR CSS 2012 by RAZI ABEDI
Dear friends and All Senior:

Today i received a text stating that Sir Razi Abedi (a lahore based Essay Specialist) has suggested important topics for CSS-2012.

The topic are as follows:

1. DEBACLE OF US IN AFGHANISTAN
2. ARAB REVOLUTION
3. FAILURE OF CAPITALISM

All seniors are requested to share their expert opinion regarding above mentioned topics and also suggest their ideas for upcoming ESSAYS.

Dear though i am not confirmed about the authenticity of the text yet i see ARAB Revolution a hot topic for current affairs. I think it wound appear in the question paper like i have mentioned. examiner may ask different aspects of the ARAB REVOLUTION and its Effects.
would you please enlighten regarding the important topics for ESSAYS.

THESE topics are relevant,however they will probably generalize it to broader themes for eg arab uprising,lessons for pakistan,afghanistan,the graveyard of empires

@economist csp kabhi idhr kabhi udhr..... last essay is not failure of capitalism but collapse of capitalism.go for thz topics wch support u in more than three subjects if u would b well prepared.

welcome to board jamshoroen, well where do you live most of time!!!
lets get to the topic, as Mani told you to not cover specfic topics like arab revolution. in easy you dont have to define news or articles easy would be someones brain child so cover the topics not specficely. you can talk about its context and follow ups.

I second Mani1. No doubt, Sir Razi Abidi is such a great and experienced teacher as regards the speculation of Essays with special reference to CSS, but I don't believe that such a guess of Essays be attributed to him. Perhaps, he might have highlighted the importance of these topics with regard to Current Affairs but not for Essay. Usually, the essays appear to be of generalized nature rather than specific ones. This is so, because the objective of the examiner in Essay Paper is not to evaluate the knowledge as a whole of the candidate but to examine his/her writing skills that involve usage of vocabulary, grammer and the effective expression. There are other papers besides this one where the former objective (assessment of knowledge) may be accomplished. This is how I feel.

well as for as my analysis regarding essay paper is concern , examiner .though check English and way of expression of ideas too , but he more emphasis on the approach of candidate thats why essay topics are always of general nature where candidate is given full fledged 3 hours to touch every horizon of their knowledge about the said matter .
