Default Regarding new paragraph in essay paper

In eassy i hav 2 start new paragraph by leavin a line and 2 finger space or without leavin a line?

Dear in exam we are given plain pages with no lines.you can start new paragraph from middle of the page after leaving some space where you ended previous paragraph.
