Pardon me if I misunderstood your point, If you mean how should a point in an outline be elaborated in the essay, than as I'm sure you will be aware of that the main sentence of the point, which is to be explained, is written in the beginning of the paragraph and then it is followed by connective sentences explaining the point. Paragraph after paragraph, all the points are elaborated and a conclusion is reached.
