can anyone tell me plz that we have to attempt essay with the headings un the paper or without?

Headings should never be there as headings break the sequence of thoughts, violating the major rule of essay.
You are required to draw outlines at the start of essay and then pace your essay accordingly.

thanks for telling and also there is no need to mention the outline of essay it will be in our mind right?

Outline is an essential condition in attempting essay paper

You should first give outline (heading and sub-headings as well) then write essay in paragraph (no need to reproduce heading of outline in the essay)

Outlines are required by examiner and mentioned at the start of question paper.
