The outline you provided is quite sound and appealing but have you ever noticed that cities are developed countries. The country will grow into a city. The country life is more difficult and more miserable than the life in a city. Only natural calmness and peace is'nt appealing to men on earth. Instead we all do focus on material benifits than rural sceneries. City life is more comfortable and as well it is the city that provides more oppurtunities to a progressive life than the country life. The city with hospitals, educational institutions, better infrastructures and mean of conviences dominate the single edge of country life to live a natural life. I do hope that you would have that balance in your essay. Wish you good luck...; The country is the area where it lacks the facilities of the city.

My outline was more or less the same but I wrote around 15 pages :p Pages must not be the concern, rather the words as I saw many candidates writing hardly 100 words on one page
