Outline writing technique in essay

Dear aspirants and seniors, hope you all are fine. I’d like to ask a question regarding essay writing. I am confused in it.

Either making the outlines then explaining them is the right technique OR Before explaining the outlines of an essay after every outline, writing some significant points and then explaining all the outlines one by one is right ?

I request respectable CSP’s and seniors to help me out. Thanks in anticipation!

Some students have command english language , sentence structure and expression . For them , it is a piece of cake . Mostly , they makes outline and then begins expanding the topic , Another class , usually with average preparation needs a lot of care and pondering during this uphill task , As a part of strategy . leave two pages for outline , Make rough sketch of essay , write it and then come back to the first page and write outline,
