again I gave 6 points here but don't remember exactly
1: Misses his natural capabilities
2: Get involved in unnecessary arguments
3: Rise in jealousy factor.
4: Tries to find short cuts.
D: Hierarchy system can be beneficial for org if few steps are taken

E. Conclusion.

The heading 'C' should have been at the place of B because the former is the major point asked.
Still ,you have hit the topic well in your third, C, heading. To be frack, in these type of tricky essays, the examiner is usually carried away by a few good points. So, there is every reason to expect something positive from your essay.

Your B part is not relevant to the topic at hand, but your C part covers it adequately. I guess your introduction will decide your fate. If you stayed on topic and showed the examiner that you had understood the topic well, you can hope for a good outcome.
