Dialogue is the best course to combat terrorism.

My essay thesis was the anonymous quotation that i had read years ago on the jacket of an old book. It suddenly flashed through my mind while i was thinking about this topic.

Essay thesis: "The force of logic is more powerful than the logic of force."

Outline:

Introduction

I remember i was struggling with my introduction with simple un attractive sentences and then,in the middle of the introduction, suddenly another quotation popped into my mind----"The willingness to die is more powerful than ability to kill." It really made my mood and by the time i finished my introduction i was very much satisfied with my progress.


In this topic the emphasis is clearly on DIALOGUE AS A METHOD and not on terrorism. So i put on my thinking cap and tried to recall the role of dialogue on international and national level. I was searching for concrete examples. I tried it for half an hour but could find few examples. Again i started feeling the pressure. I realized that i had chosen a thesis i did not know much about.
My introduction was good, i was very much happy with it. But i had no exact examples to quote, from international and national level. My reading of international relations was limited and that was the main problem.


So i decided to make my essay of general character where i would just present few simple general ideas about dialogue in fluid, simple and attractive language with sequential presentation.The following was the main body of my essay.

1. Dialogue can be used to divide the terrorists among themselves.
2. Dialogue can be used to know the strength and weaknesses of terrorists.
3. Dialogue can be used to know the limit of compromise on part of terrorists.
4. Dialogue can be used to know the weaknesses of strategy currently being applied.
5. Dialogue can be used for propaganda against terrorists
6. Dialogue can be used to secure high moral ground over the terrorist.

conclusion.
In conclusion i asked this question: Why the terrorists are blowing themselves up for "a pie in the sky"?. I Concluded that only dialogue was the key to decipher this riddle for us.

wow...nice dimentions about the topic, i never thought of them.I attampted the same essay.
All examples of victories of peace in past could be included.
