Default Outlines From essays of CSS 2010.
This is how I made my outline in CSS 2010.

Can Women be Equal to men in Pakistan ?

A) Steps which can facilitate the equality between men and women :

i) Provision of education to women
ii) Prevention of Social customs victimizing women
iii) An Awakening campaign in women


B) Measures for ensuring gender equality in economic field :

i) Dispensation of inheritance rights to women
ii) Initiating economic Program for economic independence of women
iii) Giving an equitable quota to women in jobs as per their awareness


C) Initiatives for enhancing participation of women in political arena :

i) Encouraging women to participate in electoral process
ii) Effective participation of women in legislation


D) Element which can be instrumental in achieving these goals :
i) Constructive role of media
ii) A sustain struggle by Civil society
iii)Brave campaign by women highlighting their grievances

E) Recent developments which are encouraging :

i) Passage of several laws empowering women
ii) Improvement of literacy rate among women
iii) Women excelling in every field
iv) Facilitating role of international community

it would have been an awesome effort if you would have defined the term equality in the start of the Essay. It would have many benefits:

1- Restricted the Examiner to the scope of the topic of your choice.
2- Defined the boundaries of your essay and imagination.
3- Does not keep the examiner in the dark. This he would not have to wait to go through the whole essay before finding out what you want to say.
