dr.sb almost 95% of outline matches with your outline. but i did not wrote the impacts..........., my languge was simple,having fsc base knowledge. i took 15 minutes to decide in examination hall. i just skipped energy crisis as it looked me very common essay,although i was well prepared including all dimensions of energy(gas,petrol,electricity, raw burning material like wood etc). my expression is always fine. someone advised me not to write very common topic as past experiences revealed chance of getting failed are enhanced. i met sajel saed merit #69 in 2011 final result. he deviated himself from common topics and attempted "pleasures of reading" and finally got qualified.
i am aflexible man and i am usually not cling to notes ,books etc or a range of specific topics for essays. essay paper was much easy irrespetive of getting through that.
three topics attracted me more"beggers are not choosers, rising power of public opinion, and obesity as root cause of all diseases" first two topics looked me easy but tricky. then i wrote about said essay.
i have sound exposure to topics like UNO,Women, suffering soul, democracy as culture, but i ignored all topics.
Sajel Saed is my nascent friend and he is nyce man. he trimmed me well. i am still satisfied. let,us see what happens. no dought, we have to wait for result of written part.

yeh your outline is relevant to the topic....I also faced same situation in exam hall ...I noticed every other candidate attempted energy cisis in exam hall so i went for uncommon topic ....Later i showed that outline to one of the toppers of css c.e 2010 , he said outline is excellent and marking is made more on content of the essay...
so keep fingers crossed..

Shehzad very few candidates attempted this topic...as for as i know there was another doctor beside me who went this topic in whole center...Topic is sceintific and information in it to the point. So hope for the best
