i like literary/social sciences topics more than the current affairs ones.. so ive started with these ones to practice..
this is my introduction

“Your prayer must be for a sound mind in a sound body”
(Juvenal)
The roman poet’s words regarding the two facets of wellbeing are as divine in nature as they are precise. There lies no doubt in the fact that a healthy mind nourishes a healthy body. It is the mind that immaculately conceives and subsequently influences the actions of the human body. Health is but a notion, which is perceived as blessing in good times and as a curse in challenging ones. However, it is our psyche which manipulates the course of thoughts and actions that we undertake in various situations. Even the healthiest of people would fail to function properly in an improper state of mind. Hence, the power of being mentally fit cannot be refuted. Since, psychological studies have also proved that an ailing brain can very well affect the condition of the entire body; it can be inferred that an unwell and unhealthy mind would consequently yield unhealthy actions.
