  • emphasis on just passing the exam

Effects

  • unequipped with practical specialties required in the job market

  • unemployment
  • frustration
  • No worth in the world
Remedies
  • up-to-date curriculum
  • Right man in the right place
  • latest teaching methods
  • increase Education budget
  • examination system should check the clarity of ideas
  • unprofessional teachers should be fired
  • political interference should be checked
  • need to implement the laws and slogans (Maar nahi Pyar)

Conclusion
the essay is quite elaborative and comprehensive,but still needs some solid and impressive arguments to be inserted in the outline. for example, national education policies to be touched, their main points and implementation and failures to be discussed. allocation of budget is also important in the development of education system. simillarly, commercialization and privatization of education have created many problems. these things should be the vital parts of the essay on education that can earn good marks in return.

please also tell me if the "Effects" should be touched in the topic or does it make it going a bit away from the topic.....i hv gone through a couple of books but they have not talked abt the effects....

A good effort.

I think there is no need to write effects because it may be difficult for you to cover whole essay in three hours by adding effects. However, if the examiner is asking for effects then should include it.
