confusion at a point. "Easily controllable environment" Explain otherwise confusion is arising here that if th environment is being easily controlled than why social and moral evils are spreading? It's my opinion, may it differ of yours.

The basic outline comprises of

1. Introduction
2. Body
3. Conclusion

You haven't mentioned Introduction in your outline, however in lieu of introduction you have mentioned Definition which is also fine but what about the Conclusion ?

After going through many of the posts here, I have measured that the basic outline is the requisite of any essay. So the main headings must be present in the outline.
