good work bro, write the case of pakistan is separte headings and sub heading with more elaboration by including russian invasion of afghanistan and later on entry of usa. Moreover also discuss the steps taken by pakistan to curb terrorism in country. Social and economics effects of terrorism on pakistan must be inscribed to make the outline comprehensive. Causes as you mentioned are good but it will be better to add vested interests in the subheading of causes alongwith unequal distribution of economic resources. briefly discuss islamic point of view on terrorism. a compartive analysis of western propaganda on against Islam and true situation should be included. On the whole your outline is good and it will fetch good score.

hmm "purpose of life" is the main part and scoring part of it but it must be organised with whole body ( matlab ye hy ke isi point ko hr jaga bunyaad bnaaye)
secondly "types of terrorism" must be replaced with any other suitable title but not to be removed and sub headings also.....
effects, causes and suggestions are unnecessary and almost become the cause of fail.

I think there r 2 approaches of writing layout.
1. write brief n important points in the reference to history or important event in main essay
2. write detailed n long layout included current affairs and history references in it.
I hit on the 1st option in dis layout. but i will ask opinion of senior if 2nd is better or i stick to 1st??

i think strategy at point 2 is more viable than at point one. As it is said that outline is a sketch of your presentation which you are going to make in paper so it should carrying pros and cons of the topic alongwith every related detail from pas to present. Regards.
