Human rights of woman means her liberation from the traditional oppressive bonds and discrimination, improvement in the concept of self and she in relation to the environment and the people around her. It means a matter or provision of social justice in relation to resources organizations, soco-economic and political opportunities of a woman. In her milieu, human rights expect a change in the perception and value characteristics of culture.

Social justice is an inseparable component of human rights of woman. It is also an essential concomitant of sustainable development of a nation.As human rights envelop social justice, they are not only incomplete but also empty and meaningless without it. To a great extent the goals and fruits of huan rights are social justice. Justice said Aristotle, consists in treating equals equally, and unequals unequally, but in their perception to their relevant differences, this involves impartiality understanding the humnaness of a woman is imperative in helping her to attain development.

In nutshell social justice of women should create an atmosphere which should enable her to overcome the feeling of powerlesseness. Entactment and enforcement of laws and implementation of policies to combat and eliminate all forces of discrimination, exploitation, abuse, and voilence against women. ways of ensuring the girls and women the enjoyment of their rights and promotion of univresal and equitable access to quality education, adequate nutrition and health care failities. Active involement of women in decision making at all levels is needes. Besides establishing and strengthening of mechanisms of the national and international levels to access the impact of development and environmental policies on women must be considered.
