the gas that is used in bulb is not nitrogen its ARGON.

1) Oxygen Because bronze is an alloy of about 70 % Copper and 30 % zinc. Copper is oxidized in air, thus the discolouration. Hydrogen sulphide is poisonous and it is what gives fart its odour (I am not kidding)

The gas usually filled in the electric bulb is : Nitrogen is correct

Quartz crystals normally used in quartz clocks etc. is chemically: Silica or Silicon dioxide
