Default For non-muslims, only Comparative study of major religions is option or opt Islamiat!

After regrouping of syllabus by FPSC, Comparative study of major religions has been included for non-muslims. However, I am a bit confused by some ambiguity that non-muslims must have to or only have option of opting "Comparative study of major religion" or they can opt Islamiat also in lieu of Comparative?

Seniors are requested to answer this query!!
