Default letters of hazrat Ali(r.a) and hazrat Umer(r.a)
In new syllabus this topic is added "Letters of Hazrat Umer and Hazrat Ali (r.a) to different Authority", can anyone please specify the authorities ?

Post Letters to Governors
They wrote letters to their appointed governors, advising them to be in a sync mode with the people upon whom they rule. Advises to run the state machinery according to the teaching and practices of Islam.

These letters play a significant role to understand the matters in the context of administration of the state and gives idea about how an ideal Islamic state runs, what are its difficulties and how to eradicate them.
