Please give your critical remarks on my outline for this type of questions
1-Introduction( Islam vs democracy)
2-Features of Islamic democracy
* Concept of Voting( Bayah)
* Concept of Consultation (Shurah)
* Equality
* justice
* Accountability
3- Comparasion of Charter of Madina with US constitution
4- Causes of Decline of Democracy after prophet
5- Conclusion
In short all the basic pillars of a true democracy, i.e. consultation, justice, equality and accountability, are found in the governance of the Righteous Caliphs, Abu Bakar, Umar, Usman and Ali.Islam provides the true and basic principles of democracy which still lack in European model of state's system.

The difficulty i face is that i can attempt the questions like what are the differences between islamic and western concept of democracy... but the questions like to how to implement that in Pakistan confuse me... because Pakistan has all the institutions but they are not functional or corrupted... so what should be the answer?
