According to my openion, it is upon you how you impress your paper examinar to get more marks. You can use quotes where necessary. For example if you are talking about the marriage and the relation between the spouces you can quote, When a man marries he has fullfil half of his religion, so let him fear God regarding the remaining half;;

Sure, I find it very useful to quote Quranic Verses and (authentic) Ahadith (whether in Arabic or English) as that is the most convincing part when you are presenting Islamic view of any situation or issue.

If u r intending to attempt islamyat paper in Urdu then u should also give quotations in Urdu.It does not look good to give quotations in English if rest of ur paper is written in Urdu.

ji main yehi baat kar rai thi k agr hum urdu mein paper attempt krte hain to ye thora ajeeb ni lage ga k hum english mein qoutatnz likhain , unko agar translate krain to wo itna acha impression nai detin

I don't agree with that. Language does not change the importance or impression of any statement (as long as the translation is up to the mark and is able to convey the true meaning in letter and spirit).

I am sure Urdu language has both the width and depth required for that.
