It is scoring when you attempt the paper to the point no matter in English or Urdu. It really doesn't make any difference to attempt it in either of the languages. Language doesn't count, your ideas and quality material carry weight.

Thumbs down I recommend english after 2010....
brother i m the live example of the islamiyat urdu...

i secured 620 marks but failed in islamiyat urdu by 6 marks....

from sind urban i had good chance to get allocated but...

my friends failed badly but still secured 50 plus in islamiat english....

i m going with english this year....

This is not the reason if you perform well in Urdu as well then you can get good marks. I do not understand that if some perform well in Urdu and same performance in English and he failed if he attempt in Urdu. It is possible?

In my first attempt at CSS, I appeared in Islamiyat paper without even an hour of preparation. I attempted the paper in Urdu, and managed to get "40" .

Now I passed either because I can write Urdu, or I still wrote good facts albeit I havent studied, I dont know (I am not a molana either ). I just specified a fact, and its upon you to decide about what you are planning . (You know, barely passing a paper is something big in some situations, like that of NASR KHAN)

the most simple answer of this question is that u should attempt the paper in medium u have studied the islamiat through out your educational life from class 1 to graduation as i studied it in urdu its simple for me if u attempted in english and its comfortable for u to change ur ideas in words than go ahead its ur own choice, REGARDS

Cool Agreed but still...
I do respect the opinion of all of u, but i still think that the english has an edge over urdu....

Choice is yours but i strongly recommend english with the fact that u have fair command on english....
