read books in Urdu and make ur own notes. It will be better for ur preparation.

Read the book " ISLAMIYAT" by M. IMTIAZ SHAHID & ATIYA BANO. It will help you a lot.

you must also read islamic articles published on nriday newspapers besides reading books. this will help you alot. and also try to listen speeches of Dr. Zakir Naik, Dr. Tahir ul qadri and programmes of Javed Ahmed Ghamdi.

SLAMI NAZARIYA HAYAT by Dr. Khurshid Ahmed is best for islamiat if u r attemoting in urdu

Anyone require urdu articles of friday edition of whole 2010 then do contact me?

@ hadia
that time has gone when paper of CSS islamiyat had to come from bookish material.
now it has become so tricky.
I made my own notes in english and alhamdolillah sailed through in it.
but
the problem is that the notes are in english and in hard copy.
if you need, you can convert the headings in urdu.
every heading has two arabic ayats and 2 hadiths.

Make notes from this book, listen to the programs of zakir naik and ghamdi, and there is a friday feature in daily jang, must read that.

But most important is read Quran with translation not more than one ruku everyday, you' ll get all concepts. (It will not only help you for paper but for lot of other things as well)
