what is the best way of utilizing interest-money (which is haraam) in the existing circumstances in the light of sharia.
pls give authentic § logical reference.

Interest is totally Haraam in Islam and any work which is connected to interest is also Haraam.

It should be avoided as much as possible. And even if it comes from somewhere, give this money to the "SUFAID POSH" who donot ask you but are in dire need.

I don't know what others say about it but this is what I would do. Allah forbid! It's like fire in the stomach.

Interest (riba) is haraam and is a major sin; it is not permissible to deal in it even if the one who does so intends not to benefit from it himself, rather to spend it on charitable causes.
Whoever falls into haraam, riba-based transactions and wants to repent from that has to get rid of this haraam interest by spending it on the poor and needy or on charitable projects that serve the common interest, such as hospitals, schools, orphanages and so on.

It is not 100% authentic.
