@anum S

Carvan's book is good one. If you are more comfortable in opting Islamiat in Urdu then better go ahead with this. You may also consult other sources along with this book for better preparation like you may explore Dawn Friday Feature, current affairs related topics from websites/forums and any other good book like Islami Nazriaya e Hayat.

You may also take help from matric/FSc Islamiat book to understand basic Islamic concepts and memorize Ayats/Ahadith on different topics.

In my opinion no one book is good enough. You have to research the subject thoroughly to obtain good marks. If you are short on time or need a book for revision, then I would recommend islamiat book of ilmi. It is concise, to the point and covers almost everything an examiner might ask.
