Default Those who passed Islamiat 2014,please guide
Hi,

As many candidates failed in Islamiat and the paper of 2014 was also novel,can you guys answer a few questions which will prove beneficial for the failed or new candidates.

1).Please share your marks in Islamiat.
1).how did you prepare for islamiat(Both subjective and objective parts)
2).Which questions did you attempt or atleast the nature of questions(specialized or general)
3).which stance did you take(islamist,moderate or purely secular)?
4).Did you quote people or give your own opinion.
5).did you give intro and conclusion as there is less time in the paper for Islamiat

i attempted islamiyat in urdu and got 62 marks. i never studied specific book for islamiyat.

Got 62
Attempted in English
Islamist point of view
Did not write a single ayat or hadith. Did mention a few verses though.
Wrote intro and conclusion in every question.
Gave my own opinion in every question.

I belong to a mulla family so mostly learned it through discussion. If you ask me books I have a long list. But just read tafhim by moududi or tafseer e usmani.
If you are attempting in English read history of musim philosophy ( specific chapters)
Listen to zakir naik, ghamdi and noiman Ali khan.

Got 66 marks!
Hardly 5 mcqs were correct. I made many headings. Attempted each question of 6-8 sheets and selected no conventional questions. Wrote just one ayat but gave views of different scholars. Compared different aspects of West and Islam with a hopeful concluding note.

I also attempted in Urdu but got badly failed in it.....can you please share your strategy and books you consulted.....please if you can solve one question that you did the best....would be highly appreciated

please do this as i am really confused of getting it in urdu or english but i am comfortable with urdu

if you read Quran translation then it will easy for you to get high marks in islamiyat Paper........
