You can just guess by publisher.
Pakistans Foreign policy 1947-2019 by Abdul Sattar seems to be better than Shamsaad Ahmad's book; it's in this case, if you require general text book like material or maybe a reference book . It's an Oxford publication. They don't really publish low quality material. You can get it from mini market Gulberg ,from their official store easily. Or you can order it online.
