Pakistan Affairs is a very lengthy and diverse subject.
Sticking to one book is not recommended by anyone.
You have to study from different books or sources and make your own notes.
It would be easy for you to follow the order of contents of one book and study those contents from multiple sources.

Now coming to K.K.Aziz's book, yes it is beneficial to some extent.
Infact every book is beneficial to some extent.
So if you get benefited from different sources, collectively they will reward you with good marks.
