Sorry for toooooo late reply but i m new member n i just saw yr query....

Suo Moto Notice means: " notice on its own motion". It is a legal term, approximately equivalent to the English term Sua Sponte. It is used, for example, where a judge acts on its own cognisance, as "the sitting Cheif Justice Javed Iqbal, as he then was, took Suo Moto notice of man handling with Cheif Justice Iftikhar M. Choudry."
