you can also write this in itroduction

He is regarded as one of the great muslim lumaries who rendered invaluable services for the religious, political and social regenerartion of muslims. He not only correctly dignosed the ills of muslim body politics but also produced effective remedies.

its a line which you can include in the begining i read it in a book

"In the begining of 18th century one sun was setting on the political horizon of muslim the other had dawn(shah waliuallah)"

Education:

Got education of spiritualism and mysticism from his father.
Memorized the Holy Quran, Tafsir and Hadith.

 He is regarded as the founder /Father of modern Muslim India.

the translation of HOLY QURAN was also a form of religious reformation which he considered as panacea of all ill.

purging of sufisim should also be included in it.

Political Services:

first of all he was the first muslim who identified resons of muslim decline.

"He was the first muslim who identified the causes of muslim decline" S.M.IKRAM

• The rise of Mahratas and Sikhs to crush the Muslim rule and wanted to put Pehwa’s son Biswas Rao on the throne of delhi.
 Shah Waliullah wrote letters to leading Muslim nobles for military assistance and informed then about situation.
 Najib-ud-daula, Rehmat Khan, Siraj-uddaula and lastly invited Ahmed Shah Abdali whom he persuaded to retrieve the muslim rule in India.
• Marhatas and Sikhs were defeated in the battle of Panipat (1761).

religious reforms were an integral part of his political strategies.

he aroused political consciousness through his reasoned writings.

there are alot of sayings of different writers which you can add in political reforms but only 1 or 2 not bundle of them.

Works of Shah Waliullah:

 Wrote fifty books on mysticism, religion, economic and political problems.
