i have started preparation of PA i am just reading and making outlines.... doing it blindly...how will i attempt questions in css? i am just reading and making outlines but how to analyze and answer

Lets entertain your query...dude,in order to write a good note ,you must be well versed in the particular subject..The way in which you are making notes is,strictly speaking, inappropriate....

Some technical problems in the cell are not letting me to answer your question satisfactorily...ahan....
Anyhow,you must begin the question with a relevent quotation,briefly explain its history and than proceed accordingly. Finally conclude (preferably) with a quotation...
