Question who drafted objective resolution?
in my interview i was asked this question. and my reply was: Liaqat ali khan. but i was told that liaqat ali khan presented it. it was drafted by someone else.

Molana Shabir Osmani has drafted the objective resolution. I do not know why people blame zia ul haq.... infact osmani sahab was the first person who sown the seeds of regliosity and extremism by adding religion in OR

It does not matter who drafted it , actual problem is the implementation of the law . These islamic laws were implemented in the time period of Zia . Before that for four decades , objective resolution merely served as a preamble of all constitutions . He made it instrumental in devising Islamic laws . Today , the biggest menace that haunts Pakistan is extremism which is the ultimate product of Zia's legacy .Thus he is the real architect of disintegration of Pakistan.
