Default How to cover the syllabus of Pak Affairs?

Please tell me how to start preparation for Pakistan Affairs? What should be the strategy?Which books are sufficient to cover the whole syllabus? Can one write the truth or we have to necessarily write down such material which pleases the checkers (I mean the truth about Pak Army's role in Politics, the Bangladesh incident, the Kargal icident etc)?

Advanced Pakistan Affairs by Imtiaz Shahid is the comprehensive one book you can study.
Well whatever you right truth/lie but support your point/opinion with strong arguments, thats the only way to convince/please examiners.

I think this book is out-dated.I think one needs up-to-date information/knowledge in P.A paper.Plus its very short.I think I can cover it in 15 days so it won't be satisfactory for me.And yeah, thanks a lot for the kind reply.

How can I get all the topics in chronological order?I think ''trek to pakistan'' is sufficient only for the pre-partition period.I will be thankful if you provide me with the notes. What book would you recommend me for history as I myself came to know today that it requires a thorough study of Indo-Pak history too.

brother it doesn't require indo pak's study rather few topics of before 1857's war like evolution of muslim society, downfall of mughals british company etc brother i mentioned trek to pakistan is good book for events from 1857 to 1947 plus i can share a book "Hindu-Muslim-Confrontation-712-1947" by Dr.sarfraz husain mirza this book is not too long and also glimpsed the events before 1857 plus buddy for current affair type questions in pak affairs you will automatically prepare them while preparing current affairs because current affairs of pakistan is pakistan studies
lastly if you want to increase you knowledge regarding pakistan issues then must buy a book "pakistan beyond crisis state " brother if you want notes then show your ID i will send you notes of VU plus few files and a book or i upload them and then you can download them from a link ? stay blessed
