Final merit list of CE-2009 removed from FPSC website
Why has FPSC removed our merit list from its website? Any idea?

It is being heard that the result is being revised due to some error. One thing that i noted in the list was that it was not in the order of merit number, rather it was in the order of roll numbers. The final merit list of css exams is always in the order of merit number starting from 1,2,3,...

yet another speculation!
CSS'09 has been marred by a series of controversial news but speculative ones regarding different matters ranging from delay of exams, announcement of written result to the alteration in the final merit list. But these were mere speculations and were proved wrong consequently.

After the interviews there were two holidays. Then within two days they completed the whole process and displayed the result on the second day. How is it possible to add the marks of 900 people and then re.check the list, get it signed from the authorities
( chairman, etc). Then the list never looked like final merit list which is always in merit order; seniors will confirm this thing that final merit list is never in order of roll numbers. It was done in undue haste and then it has been removed from the website without assigning any reason.

@ shallowwater: Yes you are right brother...
@ Versatile Bhutto: Sir in my opinion the software error which you are mentioning is highly unlikely because its not an ordinary upload rather final announcement of css'09 result by FPSC. Or atleast one should not expect such a grave error from competent office of fpsc. What I believe is that the result has been removed from the website for updating it with detailed marks breakup for the candidates.

My sources have confirmed that there was a blunder in ranking, ranking is going to be revised and almost three meetings were called today in FPSC on the same issue.
