I would suggest you to keep IRS at second place. This group has promising future and if RGST bill becomes Act than IRS would be no less than DMG...

Even though I have myself placed Customs above IRS, IRS is better for girls as the charm of Customs is primarily in field assignments which girls are not usually interested in. And with the reorganization of FBR, promotion will be faster in IRS.
