salam

i have given the css 2012 exams
so if anyone asks me i would suggest him to study local Pakistani authors for the optionals or indian writers.

because css papers are totally on Pakistan based issues,
you can get the whole concept of a thing from foreign writers but you couldn't analyse that knowledge with respect to Pakistan as far you have not gone through some local books.

I have also given exam but i study foreign author and i have these books the information which is present in foreign books not in Pakistani author books... you should check it
