I guess courts wont help those who hv punjab domicile...The trickle down rule is based upon a 2008-09 case decided by Lahore high court and then upheld by supreme court according to which if a female candidate vacates an open merit seat of a province and avails women quota seat then only another female can be allocated on the vacated open merit seat..This is what FPSC calls trickle down.so i dnt think punjab domiciled candidates can successfully challenge it.However, the case of KPK domiciled guy is different, a girl vacated open merit seat and availed women quota seat but there is no girl left to avail vacated open merit seat so, one postal group open merit seat is still left but FPSC has not allocated that seat to anyone as no female candidate is available.Supreme court guidelines regarding such a situation arent on record and can be challenged by the affected male candidates:-)

That's just sheer injustice and pathetic rule yar!!

Means it's a loose loose for males and win win for females.

At least, if there's no female then give it to a guy
