Default The number of passing candidates

Heartiest congratulations to all passing candidates.....i had a question regarding the number of passing candidates....in css 2007 exams there were only 170 approx who passed.. but in css 2008 around 800 have passed which is a huge difference in numbers.....is this because of a major change of policy (e.g combining marks for essay and english) or is it just that people have become more intelligent......and will this effect the number of seats available the next year i.e 2009...

@ Chitrali

In 2007, there were 190 Candidates were CSPs and This year 689 has passed the CSS exams. We can't say that this time people become more intelligent but we can say that they prepared with a good will to compete each other. And it won't effect the number of seats next year because each year, every new member use to be replace by the old seat i.e when last one got his/her retirement.

Wish you a Good luck.......I can see you in top ten

Regards and Best Wishes

Default Congratulations

salam...
congrats to everyone who has passed the written portion...keep up the good work....the pass persentage year has been quite high nd that means all of you will have to work really hard to make up for watever weaknesses u might have regarding ur preps.........the compettition wasnt really tough last year as just 194 candidates passed the pass persentage around 5% and 189 got allocated in different deptts, however things are quite different this time around......all of u hav to be realistic....around 490 people will not make it eventually and its real bad wen u miss out bein so close to the aim......keep the celeberations short and start preparing for the interview imidiately...i will recommend a proper guide for the interview....interview preparation is a specialized field so make sure u r going to the right person.....
u'll find quite a few past interviews posted at cssforum try to read each one of them and u'll find lot of things to learn from them.....
if any of u guys require my guidance all u have to do is ask....
best of luck again to the successfull candidated.....and for thos who didnt pass keep trying...

Asslamulaikum,

I want to congratulate the future Csp's from the core of my heart and from the depth of my notions for passing the written part of Css.
Those who remained must not be dishearted because it is an absolute fate, how? Because after getting this job one will earn money, and that is food, food is absolute fate!!!!!

ALLAH has selected another way for you!!!!
We need the help of all of the Csp's about their experiences!!

Regards.
