the duplication must have been a mistake.

regarding the bond, type it text on a stamp paper of Rs. 100 (or 2 of denomination Rs. 50). fill it up. send its photocopy with the acceptance letter to the DG, CSA. you don't have to submit the original at the moment. they'll ask you for it later on.

for the text of the surety bond, refer to the CSP's forum.
